Jesse,
The Weather Channel app shows your current location first, then you can page through the saved locations. If you want to edit the list of saved locations, touch the plus sign in the upper right. The would allow you to add a new location, but there will also be a link called "Edit" in the upper right. Touch that link you can delete locations or change the order of the locations. You change the order by dragging the location names the same way you reorder any list in iOS.
