I am finally ready to upgrade my iPhone 4S. However, I get this error message — https://www.dropbox.com/s/b8j81pvd3zhh6lm/Purchased%20items.png?dl=0 — when I try to start the upgrade. I'm flummoxed! I can't find anything in the iPhone docs that explain how to transfer files. Or which files? I think I have transferred all my apps. TIA for your help.
