[apple-iphone] iPhone 4S upgrade = calls going to voice mail

 

After installing iOS 8.1.1 on my iPhone 4S all incoming calls immediately go to voice mail. No rings. No vibration. I've searched through docs my iPhone menus and can't figure out how to fix this problem. Help, please.
