Jesse,
When ordering products from Apple directly can you choose the method of shipment? I ask this because I live in a very rural property and have for 25 yrs. the USPS will not deliver to my home address or any home address in this area. My street address is not even in the U S Post Office database of addresses. It comes up "non-existent address". If someone tries to send anything to my street address by USPS it is returned "undeliverable" and I never even know it is sent. I can use UPS, Fed Ex, etc for home delivery, but NOT USPS. I rent a post office box in town 25 miles away to get my USPS mail. I can get package deliveries there but have to drive 25 miles to town. Also, many businesses will not, for some reason, deliver to a PO Box. When we ordered the iPhone from ATT they said I had to take home delivery by USPS. When I told them I could not but could get it at my PO Box, he said ATT wouldn't deliver to a PO Box. Huh?? I then asked to pick it up at the store. They said they couldn't do that either. WHAT! I am ready to order a very expensive item and am told every delivery option I have can't be done. Finally, after a few calls and more managers called over they decided I could pick it up at the store. They will notify me when it is in. Does anyone else in a rural area with no home delivery have these problems?
