Turn you phone complete off for 15-30 seconds and turn back on. It needs to reconect with the cell tower. This also happened to me.

After installing iOS 8.1.1 on my iPhone 4S all incoming calls immediately go to voice mail. No rings. No vibration. I've searched through docs my iPhone menus and can't figure out how to fix this problem. Help, please.
