Hi,
I don't write often but do read. I got an iPhone 6 on launch day. At that time I also switched carriers from AT&T to Verizon. Verizon is not working very well in my home and I have been working with Verizon to resolve the problem.
I must say I have been very pleased with their customer service and they have done everything they can to solve the problem, even agreeing to possibly waiving ETF so that I can go back to AT&T. After weeks of trying, the problem is not resolved so I feel that I do need to go back to AT&T. However, AT&T will not let me trade in my Verizon phone as they don't have trade-in guidelines in place yet for the iPhone 6.
Verizon will not unlock the phone for me but suggested I sell it and said I would get more for it by selling it even locked to Verizon than I actually paid for it. ($200 with 2-year contract).
So my question is, how would I go about selling it? It is in new condition as I had it only these few weeks and have it in a good case and I have all accessories (earbuds haven't even been opened).
I am not an ebay user so I don't think I could sell it very easily on ebay because my being new to ebay would concern potential buyers. Any ideas where or how I could sell the phone and any suggestions what I would ask for it? It is the 16 GB model in silver. Thanks for any help!
Judy
