Hi, I am new to the group. My iPhone 5S responds with a "I am busy" voice response to incoming calls, and I am unable to find the exact setting to take away that response.
Some times though, the phone does not respond busy, and accepts the caller as it should.
I wonder what is wrong. Can anyone help, please?
