The iPad mini isn't one handed either. I hold it on my lap and type 2 handed with both my index fingers. My iPhone I hold in one hand and type with my 2nd hand index finger. Always been a 2 handed cellphone user.

Many have issues with the 6 Plus, too big. Cannot use well one handed.BUT, the key is to 1), embrace it as generally a two handed phone, 2) place the commonly used apps on the bottom half of the screen, 3) get used to the whatever its called function that allows you to double tap the home button for bottom screen use

Alice my wife I got the Plus model. I'm very happy with the extra screen size. She has smaller hands and isn't quite as happy, except when she's surfing or watching videos or reading her mail, or playing games…(that is, when she's using it! When she's just holding it in her hand, it feels too large…);-)On Oct 26, 2014, at 1:33 PM, Alice Saunders lwr32@mac.com [apple-iphone] <apple-iphone@yahoogroups.com> wrote:I had the same question as you about iPhone 6 vs iPhone 6 Plus so I went to the Apple Store and tried out both. I found that I really liked the larger screen and feel that in the near future developers will figure out how to take full advantage of the larger screen and we'll get some neat apps. So I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus. I'll get it right after Thanksgiving.Alice

Works great so far. I was nervous about hitting "Download and Install" but couldn't help myself. Seems fine to me. I keep meaning to upgrade my iPhone but just haven't "gotten around to it" yet. I keep meaning to.. I will get a 6+ I believe and still keep this phone. ATT has no contract plans now and I went month to month. It cut my bill almost in half. Which is better-6 or 6+? I still love my old 4s and still have my even older 4. I "mean't" to upgrade to a 5s but somehow never "got around to it". I am determined to upgrade now. Really I am. I swear it. Anyway all the stuff about not upgrading to IOS 8.1 on a 4s seems like so much piffle to me now. I haven't had a single crash and all works just fine.
