I tried installing from my computer and I had to restore my phone. My phone was rendered useless for over an hour. At first I couldn't even do a restore. I tried several times before I was successful. The phone was locked with the iTunes icon with the Lightning cable showing on the screen. I have an iPhone 5s. Whew! What a headache!
