I have looked for a step by step list/tutorial to create a hotspot on
my iPhone 4S to my Windows 8 computer. I find enough step by step
instructions but it's not working and what I see on my end is not
what is showing on the instructions.
I know how to turn my hotspot on. I have the choice to connect to a
bluetooth or USB.**** I have no preference but would love a tutorial
on how to do both.
I turned on the hotspot.
It then says to connect using the USB to plug the iPhone into the
computer. *****I did that.
It then says to choose the iPhone from the list of network services
in settings. ****** Is this referring to network services on the
iPhone (of which I don't see anything called network services) or on
the computer? I looked in Network and Internet/Connect to a network
****nothing. I am probably looking in the wrong area completely.
Would someone give a straight forward step by step list of how to
connect the iPhone using the hotspot to a Windows 8 computer?
