I don't like using computer glasses because distance is blurred. Looking up from the computer I have to keep switching glasses.

I've been nearsighted enough to need glasses for distance since age 16.
When my cataracts developed in my 60's and the eye guy carefully measured my refraction and discussed intraocular lenses with me, I told him that I wanted the strength to be such that I would not need glasses at all for close work like reading or my computer screen.
That way I would get glasses for middle- and far-distance, just as I had for many years.
This solution has worked out quite well for me.
