You can start Apples calendar on any day you wish... Go to Settings> Calendar> Start Week On.

Could anyone suggest a good calendar ap wherein I may choose the week to begin on a Monday. The built in ap begins on Sunday. I had INFORMANT but that has ceased to work with iOS 11.
