Quicken 2007 does work on 10.13.  It had stopped working with some Mac OS update but after a long delay there was an update that restored functionality.

My questions are will Quicken 2017 and Office 2016 (if they are still available) run under 10.13.3 as free-standing (non-subscription) applications? 

(Note that there is no urgency getting new versions because I will keep the old iMac to run a few other  applications that I use infrequently, but it would be a PITA to fire up the older Mac for Quicken and Office, which I use fairly frequently.)
