I have read too many people having eye pain from the x and the radiation it uses is the kind that causes cataracts and cornea burning. Now is there enough of it to cause real harm? I don't know. But, I have sensitive eyes and already have cataracts starting, so, don't need more damage. I have read several people returned the x and got the 8 or 8+.I don't want a new phone this year, but, I am going to buy the 8 before the new phones come out, just in case it is the last of its kind.Who knows what, if any, eye problems will develop. Only time will tell.
