iCloud can be a accessed by browser at iCloud.com. At work I use Windows. I tried connecting to iCloud and it's blocked but since it's a website in think you should be fine accessing it.

I have to as I am not just Apple, I have Windows and Android devices.
I can probably use iCloud on my X and Windows computers I think, but not sure
if I can access it from Android. Maybe with a browser, but not sure if it would
backup photos and things like that. Now I am wondering??????

For 99¢ a month I have 50gb. That's plenty for me. Without it is have to remember what free service I put things on..

I might do that too as I need space to offload pictures. I got the smaller model, but read it should
be fine as long as you offload to cloud storage.
For free, I have 5gb with Dropbox, 15gb with Google Drive, 5gb with iCloud and looking at more options.
I think I even have some space on MS Onedrive, but never set it up.
