Re: [apple-iphone] AppleCare or carrier Insurance or ?

I don't know who your carrier is and I would be very careful and read the fine print before you get coverage via your carrier. I have a friend who had something go wrong on a new phone. He had coverage through his carrier. He ended up paying half the price on the phone for a simple fix. The same thing happened again after it was fixed and he had to pay the second time a couple of hundred bucks for the fix. He could have had a brand new phone or got it fixed for free with AC. Read the fine print before you sign!

I just got my iPhone X 2 days ago and was thinking about getting "some kind" of coverage

for it due to the cost.

I really do not know the differences between AC and carrier insurance.  I can get coverage

thru my carrier for $7, I think it is, a month.  Not sure if its worth it or AC is better.  I only

want to get something.
