I am glad I did or might have had a bunch on my new X that would not work.  I should

have kept up more on the iOS news, but didn't really except a bunch of apps to not work. :>

I paid for some too, a few games like Rage.

Hi Rich - that is one of the reasons why I had suggested starting new for iOS if you had been away a long time. 

I lost many a fine app when the iOS 11 came out. We were warned months before that any apps that weren't properly updated would be inoperable. They suggested writing the developer to encourage updating but a lot the developers went " by the board " so to speak.
