"Unlimited" has ALWAYS meant that no specific limit was placed on the AMOUNT of data the could be downloaded.
SPEED of download has ALWAYS varied from place to place, by time of day, by other traffic, etc.
Don't complain that *I* don't get to decide that.
Of course I don't.
That is in the contract you agree to with your carrier, whether or not you read it or even understand it before agreeing to it.
