RE: [apple-iphone] excited about IOS 10

I'm having the same problem with my older iPad but it's been happening for a while. Updates show up. iPad says that it has been unable to update. I do it manually and usually have to hit the update button several times before it starts updating. Also get errors related to can't update over cell. I don't have cell on my iPad. Something is scrambled up. I probably should do a full reset, but I've been to lazy and busy to do it.

Hi,

Not sure if this is related but The App Store updates (4) have stopped working and iTunes while insisting that it needs to update, will not update.
