My itunes doesn't back up Notes. It hasn't for ages (I think since iOS9 came in but it may be earlier). This annoyed me enormously - an understatement.
Do others get their Notes backed up by itunes? If so, how? It is not an option for me in Windows. I do use iCloud but I would prefer to know that itunes had a backup too
