Your phone has 3D touch. It requires a very light touch on the icon to get into the move apps mode. You will get used to it.  If you don't like 3D touch you can turn it off.. Settings> General> 3D Touch> Off

I bought an iPhone 6+ a couple of weeks ago. Currently running iOS 9.3.2 .

I am unable to move apps on my new iPhone 6+ by holding my finger on an icon. All I feel is a vibration but I can not move any app or delete an app.

What do I need to know that is different from my iPhone 5 and iPads?
