The process has not changed for moving and deleting apps.  Have you tried holding your finger lightly on the app icon without pressing down on it?

I am unable to move apps on my new iPhone 6+ by holding my finger on an icon. All I feel is a vibration but I can not move any app or delete an app.

What do I need to know that is different from my iPhone 5 and iPads?
