I should have mentioned that the app that has the Jelly splash problem is a book and it does not need to go onto the Internet to work, it is resident in my phone and iPad but is not in iBooks.
I noticed today that the Jelly splash does not show up when the iPhone is on cellular, it shows up on both of my home wifi networks. I have not yet tried it on any wifi networks away from home.

I bought an iPhone 6+ a couple of weeks ago. Currently running iOS 9.3.2 .
This evening after syncing with my iMac I started getting a pop up called Jelly Splash on an app I use every day. I tried a few other apps and did not see the pop up. Prior to the sync I updated a bunch of apps on the iMac in iTunes for my iOS devices. I also downloaded a new app.
I did a web search and saw suggestions to go into Settings/safari/Advanced/website data and clear website data. That did not work nor did turning phone off.
This situation is not occurring on my iPad mini containing the same apps.
Any suggestions to get rid of this cr*p?

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
