I've had it "occasionally" with my regular 6 (128GB).
Not an endless loop, but I have has the phone do an auto-reboot (black screen then Apple logo) on more than one occasion.

Whether its TLC ram, or those with heaps of apps I dunno, but I dont see it as a few users making loud noises.
