[apple-iphone] How to transfer data from iPhone 3 to iPhone 5S

 

Hi:

I have just acquired a 16 (nominally) iPhone 5S, and I want to transfer Notes and Podcasts and photos from the old iPhone 3 to the new iPhone 5S.

 

Any suggestions.
