Isn't is JUST a visual change? Thats what I feel, the OS is still the same, with a few added features as with any new update

Yeah, they kept things similar with Mac OS for years, until Mac OS X came along. Sounds like this may be iOSes turn for changes.
Rumors of a beta release with the Developer's site down? That shows you how much those who start rumors think.
