Funny, I had answered the group that I had the same problem with my iPhone 4S and iPad 4 but that it cleared up the next day. However for the last 24 hours I am having the problem again but only with the iPad. I tried hard reset, powering off and on, quitting the app updater and syncing with my computer. When I restart the updater app I get the error " can't connect to the iTunes Store". However I can get my purchased apps, genius selections, and featured picks through the updates app. And i can update through the purchased app list. And I can connect to the iTunes Store through the iTunes app. Strange indeed!!
I suspect it is on apple side because I have not added any new apps or updated the iOS as I am running the latest iOS 6.1.3.
