[apple-iphone] iTunes

 

With my windows 7 home premium, i downloaded the latest iTunes and wondered how to use it.

Since I don't listen to music on the iPhone, i guess my motivation to learn it is not there. But I let it sync (what is that anyway) and then went looking for some important photos and could not find them.

Maybe someone could give an easy way to understand to someone who has never had an apple before, but who knows all the DOS commands beginning with MS DOS 3.1. I have built systems with IBM DOS 3.1 5 14 inch floppies with 386 DX chips, but am feeling stupid here...
