Don't know what the problem is but my iPhone 7 which used to back up easily to the computer Is not backing up any more
I don't know why
I get a pop up on the MacBook saying that iTunes could not back up the phone because the iPhone disconnected
however in actual practice is no such thing ever happened
the connection lead is in place as always
what on earth is happening?
please help!
