Sent this yesterday but don't think it went through so I'm trying again. Thank you to anyone who may have a suggestion for you.
When my husband deletes his voicemail messeges on his iphone 5s, a few seconds later they come back. Phone is up to date except we haven't updated to iOS10 yet. We have tried multiple steps to correct this:
- Went to the deleted messages and hit 'clear all.'
- Shut the phone off and turned it back on and tried again.
- Did a soft reset
- Called his own number and then went to the voicemail. It says there are no messages to delete. But they still show up in his visual voicemail and won't let us delete them.
Does anyone have any ideas how we can solve this problem? Thanks,
Judy

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
