The 2 articles I've seen did not mention the 4s.
And how does this effect those who currently own an effected model?

1. It isn't final, even *within* the ITC.
2. The ITC can be overruled.
3. I don't think Apple is still selling a lot of 4's and 4S's at present.
4. When the next iPhone comes out, there will be even fewer Old Ones sold.
