[apple-iphone] How to disable Voiceover

 

Someone set my Brother's new iPhone5 to Voiceover in Accessibility, apparently.

I can't get to Accessibility in Settings, since it's in Double Tap mode.

How to disable double Tap & Voiceover?

Reboot didn't do it. This is a real flaw.

Siri is no use. Tried asking how to turn off Voiceover. Wanted to do a web search!

Any suggestions?
