Hi, I have an iPhone SE.  It is 90% charged.  I was getting a message that the phone was not backed up but that has gone away.  But what is happening is that when I hit the phone icon I get a mostly blank screen with only Verizon at the top (showing 1 bar and the fact hat I'm connected to wifi), the time, and the amount it is charged and the fact that it is charging. or I get a completely black screen with just a little green rectangle at the upper right corner.  I just had a call come in (junk call) which I rejected.  How do I get this thing working again?  Thank you.
