Re: [apple-iphone] Move iPhone Photos to Windows

I don't have admin privileges on the work computer, so downloading is a problem.

My work supplies 2 iPhone 6 for all supervisors to use at work. I was given the task of moving the photos off the 2 iPhones into a Windows 7 computer. I plugged in the iPhone and it copied some of the photos to the computer. When I checked the phone there were still quite a few photos on the phone. I plugged the phone in again and a message came up there were no photos on the phone. Sorry if emailing the photos to my work email address, what is an efficient way of syncing or moving photos to a Windows 7 computer?
