[apple-iphone] Re: Backing up my "Notes" (and other stuff

suggestions:

1. Email each note to yourself.

2. There is an option to "Save to Files."  I just tried it and saved a note to Pages.

3. There is an option to "Save to PDF."

All of the above can be accomplished by tapping on the little box with an arrow in the upper right corner.

Hi:

I would like to know how to back up my "Notes" (and, potentially, other stuff as well) on my old iPhone 5. I have a lot of them, dating from 2015 and I would be seriously discomfited if they were to be lost somehow.
Any easy (i.e., fairly non-technical for an 81-year old geezer) suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
