I tried again late last night and was able to get into apple.com and iTunes. What ever was broken in U-verse got fixed.

It can't be changed in U-verse. I did a lot of searching and found I could force a differend DNS in Windows 10. I set it to Google and now I can get to Apple.com and iTunes. The sad part is that I could not get intouch with an AT&T rep in the U.S. The folks I talked to had no idea what I was talking about.

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
