Use Spotlight to see if it's in a folder. Swipe down on the screen.

I purchased a used iPhone 4s. The app icon to click on, to get to my contacts is missing; I presume the previous owner deleted it to purge his personal contacts. I can still get to my contacts app via the phone app, and I can save and edit my contacts.

Any idea how I can reinstall my mission Contacts icon?
