Please start a new email when rather than stealing another thread. So the subject line matches the body of the email. 

I suggest you contact Apple in the country you are located in, since the laws vary.

My iTunes account in the indian store used to be supported by my indian credit card. However I entered my daughters U K credit card number in it and things worked fine until she surrendered her credit card. Now I wish to enter my indian credit card but the store doesn't accept it. I find it very hard to switch between the indian and U K stores and if I do manage to switch to the indian store it refuses to accept the indian credit card. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.
