I have an iPhone 6SPlus (IOS 10.0.2), if I go to Settings>Phone>Respond with Text I cannot change any of the RESPOND WITH: choices

It says down below that I can change them to say anything I like, but the curser always goes to the beginning of the line - I can't delete what's there.
