I'd have done that except that deleting WhatsApp deletes all the messages. The surprising thing is that it's happening on both my phones and it's not happening on my son's iPhone.

When I slide to see previously opened apps and tap the screen it opens for a moment and then closes. Doing a hard reset hasn't helped. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Have you tried the highest rated email app?
With 4.5 stars in iTunes, the Yahoo Mail app is the highest rated email app on the market. What are you waiting for? Now you can access all your inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, AOL and more) in one place. Never delete an email again with 1000GB of free cloud storage.
