My last iPhone a couple years ago almost I didn't know dropped out of my car or my purse or my hand perhaps. I drove away and when I got to the next place I realized I didn't have my phone. I went back and it was in the street..It was a snowy day I remember-good think perhaps- and the phone was resting on snow and ice. I am pretty sure a car ran over it, but the only thing slightly hurt was the otterbox plastic screen. I was able to reshape it and it was fine after that.
