I haven't yet tried the tip to remove all the mail but will shortly. If it comes back like you say, is it possibly
because in your preference you have checked to leave mail on the server? I haven't played with all this yet,
but will. I too do not understand why these little things are ignored in the system IOS's and so far as it was mentioned,
it has never been possible to get rid of all that mail on the phone and I hmave hundreds of them sometimes thousands of them
sitting there... I assume sitting on the server .
If this does work, I'm grateful for the tip!!!
