[apple-iphone] Can't Sign Out of Twitter

 

Yesterday I noticed there had been an update of Twitter on my iPhone 5. I'm running iOS 7.0.4. 

Now I can't sign out of Twitter. There is no option for signing out... at lease I can't find it.  Any help would be appreciated.
