generally, no. I have 162 apps on my 16gb iPhone 4 using only 3.71 gb or
just over 23% of the total space available (that's not a precise figure
since some of that 16gb, roughly 2gb, is devoted to the operating system but
you see my point. if you assume 14gb available for app storage then the
percentage used for 162 apps is roughly 26.5%, still not a lot. unless
you're planning to store a LOT of photos and music the 16gb version should
be plenty.

I'm having trouble deciding whether to buy a 16 or 32 GB phone. I don't
think I'd ever watch a movie or TV program or stream music on my phone. Is
16GB enough? Do apps use a lot of GB?
