If you double tap space bar, other than at the beginning of a line of text, you get a period and a space.
Here's another one, something like the trick for telling when spaghetti is done cooking. Throw a piece of spaghetti at the wall, and see if it sticks.
Give the manual a quick go-through, at least once, and see what sticks.
