[apple-iphone] Call blocker?

 

Does anyone know of a really good phone call blocker for the iPhone4?

I want to stop certain people from calling me; sometimes they call without blocking their caller ID, sometimes they don't. so, I'd like a program that blocks both "UNKNOWN" callers as well as specific callers. Any ideas?
