Many probably dont know it exists as a book. It should really be a stock book, that updates depending on the version of phone and if the manual is updated, or make it an app called User Manual

Or you can download the manual for free in iBooks. You can then read it any
time without a Wi-Fi or cell connection.
(I can't believe that any iPhone user doesn't download the manual for their
