Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? After updating the
software the phone becomes deactivated.
This has happened twice to me over the last couple of weeks with the two
new updates. I was not able to receive or send texts or phone calls. I
discovered it when I tried to call someone and received the message that my
phone was not activated and to call customer service, which I was able to do
from my phone. They gave me a number to dial and it activated it again.
The first time it happened it was quite a few days after I did the software
update when I discovered the problem. The second time was last night and I
had done the update the day before.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? This is my first
iPhone. Thanks.
