[apple-iphone] HELP

 

Please help,
I was playing around in my settings and turned on VOICE OVER. I can't turn it off. I go to SETTINGS/GENERAL and I'm not able to scroll down to get to ACCESSIBILITY to turn it off.
Any suggestions?
