Don't have an app that does as you ask, but we use an online bank. When
the bill comes in, go to the bank and setup payment for the date we want
sent. Goes out automatic by mail. Have some large company bills set up
so the electronic bill comes to the online bank. Can view the bill
online from the bank. Two clicks and the amount and pay date are
selected. For these companies the bank doesn't mail but sends
electronically.
Most large banks or credit unions have apps to do the online banking.
Hope others recommend a good calendar app to do this.
